Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

Adoreal wants everyone to use our website easily. We work hard to follow the WCAG 2.1 Level AA rules.

How we help.

Text descriptions on images

We add text descriptions to important images, so a screen reader can tell you what they show. Images that are purely decorative are skipped, so they don't get in your way.

Clear colour contrast

We use clear colour contrast so text is easy to read, and we never use colour on its own to tell you something. Anything marked by colour is also marked by words, shape, or position.

Standard keyboard controls

Our pages work with standard keyboard controls. You can move through every link, button, and form field with Tab, and you'll always see where you are. A skip link takes you straight to the main content.

Text you can resize

You can zoom to 200 percent without losing content, and the page reflows to fit narrow screens. Nothing is locked to one orientation.

Structure that makes sense

Headings run in order, links say where they go, and form fields carry labels. Assistive technology can read the page the way you'd read it yourself.

Motion you control

If your device asks for reduced motion, we honour it and turn our animations off. Nothing moves, flashes, or plays on its own.

Let us know if you need help

If you have trouble using any part of our website, please tell us. We will do our best to help you and fix the problem. Tell us the page you were on and what got in your way, and we'll come back to you.

Where we stand.

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we're partially conformant today: most of the site meets the standard, and we're working through the parts that don't yet. We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and contrast checks as we build, and we review the whole site regularly.

Known gaps.

Some practice photography and video on partner pages is supplied by third parties, and we're adding descriptions and captions as we receive them. Content hosted on a partner practice's own website is outside our control. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we'll raise it with them.

Last reviewed.

This statement was last reviewed in August 2026. We review it at least once a year, and again whenever we make a significant change to the site.
