Backend C# .NET Engineering Manager

Lead Adoreal’s backend engineering team, matrixed across Product Teams, to deliver highly scalable and high-performance products and services.
Build a culture of psychological safety while maintaining rapid, iterative growth.
Collaborate with other leaders to align our Product Development organization.
Design, develop, enhance, triage, and debug Web APIs using C# and .NET Core.
Research and recommend technologies to expedite development.
Ensure high code quality, documentation, and collaboration.
Monitor systems in production to guarantee their performance and stability.
Build the right automation and tests to ship software iteratively with drama-free product launches.
Work closely with the Product Managers and Customer to ensure we build the right product at the right time for the right people.
Staff and train the backend team to effectively meet the risks and requirements ahead
