Victoriakliniken was founded by Dr. Charles Randquist, one of the most consequential figures in modern breast surgery. A pioneer in breast tissue preservation, co-developer of Mia Femtech, former head of the Allergan Medical Institute, and a global educator whose techniques are now taught to surgeons worldwide, Randquist has spent his career setting the standard others are still working toward. The team he has built at Victoriakliniken reflects that same standard. Dr. Marie Jaeger developed the practice's long-term ultrasound follow-up program and lectures internationally on breast reconstruction. Dr. Jessica Gahm leads on complex reconstructive cases as chief physician at the Department of Reconstructive Surgery at Karolinska. Dr. Stina Rittri, who joined as the practice's fourth surgeon in early 2026, brings a research-led focus on safety and lasting results. They collaborate on cases even when not in the operating room together, which means patients effectively have the thinking of four surgeons behind every decision.
Every patient is followed for 10 years with free ultrasound check-ups, a five-year warranty against complications, 24/7 on-call access, and direct contact with their surgeon after returning home. Not because it is standard practice. Because at Victoriakliniken, it always has been.
