Schwartz Aesthetic Institute

Surgeons come to Schwartz Aesthetic Institute to learn. Patients come to be treated. Dr. Michael R. Schwartz built the Institute after more than 25 years of private practice in Westlake Village, and the techniques he teaches visiting surgeons are the same ones he uses in his own operating room.

Dr. Schwartz teaches breast surgery to surgeons across the country and wrote the 2018 Aesthetic Surgery Journal Best Paper on long-term implant safety. Today he leads a team of three board-certified plastic surgeons covering the face, breast and body, from deep plane facelift and Preservation Breast Augmentation to body contouring after major weight loss.

Alongside surgery, the Institute runs its own state-of-the-art medspa, The Spa, offering injectables, laser and energy-based treatments such as Sciton, Morpheus8 and XERF, medical-grade skin care and wellness services. A team of experts supports every patient, including anesthesiologists, nurses, a physician assistant, a nurse practitioner and an esthetician.

Every operation takes place in the Institute's own AAAASF-accredited surgery center, with a private surgical entrance and a separate waiting area, so your care stays under one roof from consultation to recovery.
